the weather

A couple of weeks ago, I complained about the weather. It had turned cold, and I guessed that summer was over. I was wrong. The rest of that week, it remained somewhat cool, but the weather was nice otherwise. Labor Day weekend, it was perfect - sunny, in the seventies. Perfect. And it hasn't changed since. Mid to upper seventies, breezy, sunny. We had several days in a row with not a cloud in the sky.

I really can't complain. It's been in the fifties at night, and very damp. There was fog, most mornings, so the lack of rain hasn't really been a problem.
