insomnia

My insomnia has returned. One reason is all the things on my mind, like work, and my Shadowrun campaign (gaming), and especially things that make me angry, like politics. Another reason is that I spend a couple of hours relaxing in front of the computer, and then as time runs out, and I near bedtime, I speed up, and hurry to complete things. Rushing just before bedtime is not good.
