late night

Had Doug, Jeremy and Jeff over to play magic. It was a fun evening. I won a few. They left about twenty minutes ago.

The boss wanted me to go down to Milwaukee in the morning to oversee an installation. The salesman was even throwing in a dinner certificate. But I knew this was going to be a late night. That, plus spending all tonight playing Magic, and most of sunday playing Shadowrun, means I really needed not to go out tomorrow. The overtime pay wasn't worth it. Fortunately, the other guy was able to go. If he wasn't able, I would have had to.

more snow

Five inches on the ground. It's been snowing since about 7:00 this morning. Fluffy stuff, so it only took me about half an hour to shovel. It's still snowing, but I wanted to get most of it done tonight so it would go more quickly tomorrow.
