the future of Iraq
Apr. 10th, 2004 12:53 pmI was never very opposed to the war in Afghanistan, but it seems to be going badly. We still don't have binLaden, and life there is worse than ever.
Then there's Iraq. I always was opposed to war there, and things will probably get worse there. And from the standpoint of Iraq's threat to the United States, I don't think things will improve on that count either - certainly not with regard to terrorism (as I've said all along), but probably not from Iraq as a nation, either.
vyoma has a lot to say about it.
