"GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip (AP) -- An Israeli warplane fired a missile at a car in Gaza City after sundown Tuesday, killing at least five people - including a Palestinian militant - in the first Israeli airstrike in Palestinian territory since the war in Iraq began.

At least 47 people also were wounded - eight of them critically - by the missile strike, doctors said. The wounded were civilians ranging in age from 6 to 75, doctors said."

The Israeli government obviously feels such civilian deaths and injuries are acceptable in this war. A threat like that will deter people from associating with such ciminals. Right?

not very productive evening

I expected to get my bathroom sink installed, but I found that some of the parts I had were the wrong size. I got a late start on it, so I didn't discover this until way after the stores closed. I decided to continue anyway, but I couldn't find another part that I needed. Then I got depressed, and didn't feel like doing anything else productive. Like cleaning up after myself. So there are tools and crap all over the place.

My other big task tonight was to get camping reservations for this weekend. I searched out a decent site on the website, only to find out that they don't take reservations this close to the day of reservation. wtf? I'm going to try calling tomorrow.

Spent a couple of hours online. Now I'm hungry. It's almost bed time. I've got to change the laundry to the dryer.
