Computer

I did it. I shelled out the cash for a computer at home. I'm a bit annoyed, though. I'm having trouble. With pretty much everything. I got $400 off since I agreed to buy $750 worth of internet access from MSN. (I figured I had to buy it from somebody.) After spending some time on the phone with tech support, I finally got on. Later, tonight, I had a lot of trouble connecting. I couldn't transfer my few files from my laptop because I couldn't locate any disks. I couldn't get MS's Internet Explorer to work this time, so I've been stuck with this crappy MSN page. I am confused about the finer points of customizing this here LiveJournal. I only have one phone line, so who knows if anyone was trying to call me since 9:00 tonight.

It's just been rather annoying.

On a side note: this is the first time I've filled in the "Current Music" field, and I don't have any music on. It is very rare for me not to have music playing. Damn, I missed the Grateful Dead Hour!

Anyway, if I can get connected on a regular basis, I'll be posting here quite often.
