I've been seeing a lot of posts about how the grocery stores have been depleted of many foods.

What is it like where you are?

I'll start. The paper aisle is pretty empty. The rest of the store looks like normal. I've only been to this one store. I don't know what the others look like.

Toilet paper is what everyone's been taking about here. The local Co-op (a small supermarket) was limiting people two two packets of pasta each. I heard that one man tried to buy ten bottles of brandy. I've seen partly empty bread shelves, but that may be just because most people are staying at home now, so they are buying more locally and less in towns.

In SF Rainbow Grocery, the big Co-op grocery got picked clean. Out of 10 kinds of flour only pastry flour remained as of yesterday. No lentils or beans. Empty shelves on lots of other areas.
Local corner groceries had everything.
In Ukiah the Co-op was a bit bare. Local low cost places had no frozen foods and only minimal paper stocks. My corner grocery near the Ranch had everything it usually stocks, even if the paper products were a bit sparse.

Frozen foods were mostly sold out everywhere.

Paper aisle is empty. Water has been picked over. The stores have restocked on seltzer, so that makes me happy. Produce sections are full. People need to get their veggies in while they can.

I tend to overbuy certain items, anyway, so I am set for TP for a couple of months.
