Ginger is the best thing in the world for GI problems. The next time you go shopping, buy some fresh ginger, then dice it up and boil it with lots of sugar and some water and a little lemon juice. It makes a wonderful syrup you can use in hot tea or soda water. It will make you feel better, I promise!
