I don't make resolutions, but there are some things I would like to achieve this year.
I'd like to cook more. We've got several cookbooks that we've never used. I keep seeing all kinds of recipes that sound great, and I even save some of them, but I never make them.
I'd like to spend less time on the computer. It seems there are always things I think I need to do there, working on pictures, paying bills, planning tips or gardens, checking LJ and several other sites, looking stuff up, organizing my files, etc. But I have books to read, DVD's to watch, projects to do, etc. I need to be more active in general, and give my eyes a break.
I need to lose the three pounds I put on at christmas. But seriously, I need to just generally sit on my ass less, and be more active.
I intend to spend less time on photography. Seriously. I spent all last year on it, and that was great, but I'm actually looking forward to taking a break. I spent January through May planning for my Utah trip, I took the trip in May, and I spent June through December working on the pictures, and putting them on the internet, through Flickr, LJ, G+ and my website. And making the book and calendars. I'm also attending CoPA meetings, and CC:MKE photowalks. That's all great, but I want to dial it back just a little bit.
EDITED:
I want to read more books. I read one book last year, and it took me about 11-1/2 months. I'd like to finish books in less than two months.
