sick

Thursday I was feeling like I was coming down with something. The feeling was fairly definite. Friday I stayed home from work. Saturday I was worse yet. Some friends invited us over last night, and I had to skip it. And miss gaming today. Not sure when I'll be back to work, but these things usually last a week.

My head is stuffed up and my nose is running. I'm weak. My ears bother me a little sometimes. Today I have a tight feeling in my throat and upper chest. Feels like acid reflux stuff?

I've been watching a lot of DS9.

I hope you feel better soon, Kevin. Sending healing vibes from Rivendell!

DS9 is wonderful. It has such intricate plot lines. So imaginative! I loved it when they went back in time to Earth.

I just saw the one where they went to the mirror universe.

Thanks!

That is probably the nasty head cold I've been down with. Yes to about a week. Expect a bit of a cough. Hope you get well quick.k

Manolo has been sick for weeks. Not horribly sick all the time but the really bad part has been about a week. At least his voice is back now.

It's just one of those draggy viruses.

Feel better, Kevin!

Speedy recovery!

If you start getting congested, keep coughing, I recommend against decongestants. They just prolong the respiratory distress, if it comes to that. All my colds go to me chest and I make sure to have a generic Robitussin DM on hand. I usually only lose 1 or two days of work, but then my post contagious cough is distracting. Hope you kick the bug out ASAP!!!

Mine are usually in my head. Well, not "in my head," but, you know, sinuses and such.

Sounds like a bit of sinus congestion also. A storm is coming here today. I felt it yesterday in my knee. Today my head hurts but I am sure it is the impending snow.

That's a bummer. I hope you feel better soon!
