tooth , part 1

The dentist shot me so full of novocaine (or whatever it is they use nowdays) that my ear and my eyelid are tingling. And the right side of my jaw - I was shot on the left. I'm getting a crown (I never knew I was royalty), so he had to grind away the entire surface of the tooth. Now I've got a temporary crown and have to go back in two weeks.

Actually I haven't really had much trouble with the dentist. I think annoyance is a good word for it. I just don't like people digging around in my mouth, especially with needles or drills.
