my preferred temperature is not met when i'm outside, sweating and having trouble breathing, and i don't like the air so cool indoors that i get chilled after being home for awhile, but i do like it cooler than it is outdoors. the house holds heat, esp. after several days of record heat, so i want to keep it reasonable inside. not cold, not hot. i'm the average bear!
