They let me in because I said I'd be quick. And there were a couple of people already in there. Every place has its own philosphy about closing time. Some try to kick everyone out at 9:00. Some simply refuse to let anybody new in, and those who are there at 9:00 can stay as long as it takes.

I was more annoyed about them closing a few minutes earlier than they thought they were. They were reluctant to let me in, but I shopped there, shopped at another store, then drove home and pulled in the driveway at 9:00.
