My reasoning on wanting the garage done too is that I think both buildings on the property should look like they belong together. The garage still has light brown shingles, and the house's roof is black. Plus the garage is missing two shingles. I think my house will look less like a "drive-by" if both buildings look good.

I could be wrong. I've been wrong once or twice in my life.
