Has anyone been listening to www.wmse.org? Grady?

I can't get it to come in very well, and I'm not certain why.

I've tried to listen to it within the past week but my connection kept dropping off and my player would just sit there with a buffering message. I need a Johnny Z fix though. Maybe I'll try sometime this afternoon.

That's exactly what was happening to me. Do you use Winamp? I have the problem on both live feed, and the stored shows.

I've almost given up completely.

I was using Winamp before. I've just moved to a new computer, however, and haven't installed winamp on the new system so I'm currently using Windows Media Player.

It still drops the connection periodically. I was figuring it was probably more due to my incredibly slow internet connection than anything else.

We've got a T1 line at work, and I have to give up after 45 minutes or so - it seems to get worse over time.

Maybe I'll e-mail their webmaster and ask what they know.

We've got like 1/2 a T1. It's pretty slow actually. Did you say you've tried to download the file and then play it locally? I was thinking I might try that...but it's like 70MB.

No, I don't think I'd bother trying to download it.

It is a good show though. Maybe I'll start a download at the end of the day before I leave work.
