low_delta | lunch... or not

So the company had this holiday lunch for us. I went in there at 12:15 and there was no turkey left. I had been snacking on cookies and toffee so I wasn't that hungry yet. I was in there near 1:00, and they said they were getting more food in about half an hour. So I left. I had to stop at home and pick up a CD to put in the mail. I came back. It is 2:15, and no more food ever came. If I had known we weren't going to get any more, I would have made a sandwich when I was home.

And then those HR people get mad because nobody ever appreciates all their hard work setting these things up.
