One friend suggested I do that in the attic. Another friend also suggested it, and told me to put it on a joist where it would be accessible. :-D I feel like I need to use air quotes when I say it's "accessible."

After you said that, I decided I would put the next one in the back of the cabinet, with the cover plate exposed. But I never got that far.
