the good old days

I went through a lot of my journal entries from 2001. A few things struck me.

I posted multiple times per day. Now it's only a couple of times a week.
I was much funnier and a better writer.
I struggled a lot, emotionally that year.
I was apparently a romantic guy. I wasn't aware of this.

I notice that when people ask me what I've been up to, I don't always have a good answer. It's all been seem and done before. And I now realize why older people seldom talked about what they'd been up to.

The back is... could be better. Not tons of pain - mostly numbness.
