what's going on now?

I took thursday afternoon off. I had planned on getting some things done, but I decided to relax a little, so I sat in the back yard and read for a while. Then I washed my tractor and cooked supper.

Friday night we did our usual Scotch tasting. Had a good time.

Yesterday morning was comfortable in the shade and warm in the sun. Then around noon, the wind switched off the lake and it cooled off. I wasn't real happy about that. I keep hoping for summer. It was nice for the tasting, which was good, since we were outdoors. In the afternoon, Cindy and I went to the county fair. We both took a lot of pictures. Then I mowed the lawn on my shiny orange tractor.

Today is gaming.

So not much going on.

You keep hoping for summer? It was hot for a while but maybe not lately? It was cold when we left the US last week.

It was hot for exactly one week. It was 86° one day, then 90° or more for the next four days. We've had more days in the sixties than the nineties.
